1. Scope of Returns and Exchanges
   All products are purchased as a one-time service and are eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions.
   Applicable products include: backpacks, outdoor chairs, tables, insect repellent mats, etc.
2. Return Conditions
   Return applications must meet the following conditions:
   The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
   The product must be in its original packaging and condition, unused and undamaged by human error.
   Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be included.
   Returns are not supported for used or visibly damaged goods.
3. Exchange Conditions
   If the received product has quality issues or is damaged during transportation, you can apply for an exchange.
   The exchanged product must be in its original condition and relevant photos or proof must be provided.
   After the exchange is completed, we will resend the product, and the shipping costs will be negotiated based on the actual situation.
4. Return Process
   Log in to your account or contact customer service to submit a return request.
   Fill in the reason for return and provide the order number.
   After we confirm the return information, we will provide the return address.
   The customer sends the goods back, and after confirming that the goods meet the return conditions, we will process the refund.
5. Refund Instructions
   Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is confirmed.
   Whether payment processing fees or shipping costs are refunded will depend on the specific circumstances.
   Refunds are limited to the product amount only, excluding additional shipping costs (unless the product has quality issues).

   During the return process, please pack the goods properly to avoid secondary damage.
